  • Perform a patch test: Before the first use, apply the product on a small area of your skin and wait for 30 seconds to ensure that there is no allergic reaction.

You can apply the roll on as often as you need relief. For best results, we recommend using it thrice a day - morning, noon and evening, plus whenever you need an extra dose of calmness.
